You have fifteen days from delivery to return or exchange an unworn piece in its original box with the pouch and card. Write to us first and we will send a return label.

If it is not right, we will make it right.
What cannot be returned
Engraved pieces, made-to-order pieces and pierced earrings (for hygiene) are final sale. This is noted clearly on every affected product page before you buy.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the piece arrived faulty.
Faulty or damaged
If something arrives damaged or fails within the six month warranty, we repair or replace it at no cost. Send a photograph to hello@sorayajewels.com and we will sort it quickly.
