Asked often

How long does delivery take?: We dispatch within two working days. Metros usually receive in 2–4 days, the rest of India in 4–7.
Can I return something?: Yes — fifteen days from delivery on unworn pieces in their original box. Engraved pieces cannot be returned.
Will the gold plating last?: With reasonable care, yes. We use 3 micron plating and cover it for six months. If it wears early, we re-plate it once at no cost.
Do you make custom pieces?: Often. Send a photograph or a description and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
